Exhibitor Eligibility

  • Organizations must be confirmed CRC Symposium sponsors at the Exhibitor tier or higher in order to participate as exhibitors.
  • If your organization has not yet secured sponsorship, please review the sponsorship prospectus or contact the CRC team before submitting an exhibitor proposal.

Exhibitor Guidelines & Rules

To ensure a safe, professional, and high-energy environment at the event, all exhibitors must agree to the following:

  • Space Allocation & Requirements: Each approved exhibitor will be provided with a small table (24 in. W x 60 in. L x 29 in. H) and up to two chairs. All display materials, pop-up banners, and equipment must fit strictly within your designated table footprint and cannot block walkways. Exhibitors are responsible for bringing their own monitors, adapters, extension cords, and other equipment required for their display.
  • Robot Safety & Live Demos: Live robot demonstrations are highly encouraged, but safety is paramount. All active robots must be secured, supervised, or properly contained to ensure attendee safety.
  • Setup & Takedown: Exhibitors must adhere strictly to the designated load-in and load-out schedule (to be provided upon acceptance) to avoid disrupting the event flow.
