Showcase your proprietary technology, testing environments, and operational capabilities directly to international decision-makers.

Talent & Partnership Attraction
Connect face-to-face with top-tier ROS developers, researchers, and potential commercial partners.

Ecosystem Leadership
Position your organization as a central pillar of Canada’s rapidly growing robotics footprint.
Tour Submission Requirements
We are looking for facility tours in the GTA drive region that offer meaningful insights into real-world robotics applications, automation, or cutting-edge R&D. Submissions should include:
- Brief overview of your facility and the core technology on display.
- Link to photos or link to your facility website for more information
- Location of the tour and travelling instructions
- Estimated duration of the tour (recommended: 45–60 minutes).
- Public tour contact and registration information
Tour Advertising & Logistics
- Please note that the Canadian Robotics Council and ROSCon Global act solely as advertising partners for these tours. Selected tours will be promoted to attendees of the CRC Symposium and ROSCon Global.
- Host organizations are responsible for the independent planning, registration management, safety compliance, and execution of their respective tours. CRC assumes no liability for the operation or logistics of individual tours.
- To keep your tour information 100% accurate, we strongly recommend hosting a dedicated landing page, PDF or ticketing link (e.g., Luma, Eventbrite) on your own site. Schedules, visitor safety rules, and capacity limits often shift as the event approaches. By hosting this info on your own page, you can update details without any administrative delay or back-and-forth with the CRC team.
