• Submission Limit: Applicants may submit up to three (3) Case Study proposals.
• Strict 5-Minute Limit: All lightning talks must be under 5 minutes, and remain objective, concise, and data-driven. No commercial sales pitches—please focus on customer challenges, deployment outcomes, and measurable impact.

• Information Required for Proposal Submission: Applicants must provide a presentation title, a 250-word case study summary, details about the deployment location, end-user type, industry sector, core robotics technology deployed, estimated time to ROI, and any optional draft supporting materials such as photos, charts, videos, or PDFs.

• ​​​​​Evaluation Criteria: Proposals will be evaluated based on their relevance, quality, originality, diversity of perspectives, and overall contribution to the symposium program.

• National Library Inclusion: High-quality submissions not selected for the live stage will be invited for inclusion in the CRC Robotics Case Study Library—a permanent, national digital platform showcasing real-world robotics deployments across Canada. Multiple submissions are highly encouraged!
