Proposal Submission Guidelines
- Submission Limit: Applicants may submit up to three (3) Case Study proposals.
- Strict 5-Minute Limit: All lightning talks must be under 5 minutes, and remain objective, concise, and data-driven. No commercial sales pitches—please focus on customer challenges, deployment outcomes, and measurable impact.

- Information Required for Proposal Submission: Applicants must provide a presentation title, a 250-word case study summary, details about the deployment location, end-user type, industry sector, core robotics technology deployed, estimated time to ROI, and any optional draft supporting materials such as photos, charts, videos, or PDFs.
Selection Process & Sponsor Benefits
- Evaluation Criteria: Proposals will be evaluated based on their relevance, quality, originality, diversity of perspectives, and overall contribution to the symposium program.

- National Library Inclusion: High-quality submissions not selected for the live stage will be invited for inclusion in the CRC Robotics Case Study Library—a permanent, national digital platform showcasing real-world robotics deployments across Canada. Multiple submissions are highly encouraged!
- Complimentary Ticket for Invited Case Study Speakers: You will receive a discount code for up to 1 complimentary ticket if your Case Study is accepted into the program.

Video Content
Video footage of your robotics deployment is highly encouraged, but we recommend no audio on the clip so the audience can focus on your commentary
Formatting for Compatibility
Please avoid PowerPoint animations and unusual fonts to ensure seamless playback on the main stage system
