How do I connect with other attendees before the symposium?
You can connect with fellow attendees before the Symposium through the chat feature, either to all registered attendees or you can send a message directly to an individual. Please note that you must be logged in as an attendee in order to view the attendees, chat, or request meetings.

We will have numbered tables in the lobby, and you’re welcome to request 15 minute 1:1 meetings with fellow attendees. Navigate to 1:1 Meetings under Connect, browse the registrant directory, and request 15 minute meetings with other attendees throughout the day. You’re also able to mark yourself as unavailable for meeting requests.

To reset your password, navigate to the Symposium registration page and click “Don't know your password? Click here to reset it.” Enter the email address used during registration, and follow the instructions in the email you receive to create a new password.

Yes, you can login to the site and modify or cancel your registration until August 1. In order to receive a refund (minus 5% of your total for processing), you must submit the request via email to admin@roboticscouncil.ca. No refunds will be issued after August 1.

You can login to the site and modify the attendee information yourself in order to transfer your ticket to another person at no extra cost until October 1.

To register on behalf of someone else or for multiple people within your organization, provide the email and password when prompted in the registration form. Registered participants will receive a registration confirmation with their ticket information to the email address you provide.
Once registered, each registrant can easily set their own password by entering their email and and clicking “Don't know your password? Click here to reset it.” Each registered guest can then update or modify their personal information by clicking on the “View or modify your existing registration” link at the bottom of the Register page.

All successfully registered participants will receive a confirmation email to the email address(s) provided during registration, provided that the email address entered was correct, registration was completed, and payment was processed.
If you or someone you registered for didn't receive the email, check to see if the registration/payment was completed by accessing the “View or modify your existing registration” link at the bottom of the Register page and requesting a confirmation email. Registration information can also be updated through the same link.

We accept credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, and China UnionPay payments.
You can also choose the invoice option until September 1, which allows for payment via e-transfer, EFT, or the credit cards listed above. Please note that you will receive a confirmation email after registering, but the invoice must be paid by October 1 to insure your inclusion in the printed program.

To book your hotel at the discounted rate, select "more info" for the hotel of choice, and then follow the link to complete the booking with the hotel directly. The CRC does not manage hotel bookings directly.

All registered attendees will receive a notification email when the speakers and agenda is confirmed. We anticipate this will be in early August.
Registered attendees will also be able to see who else has registered for the Symposium, provided they have consented to be listed. You’re welcome to login anytime prior to the event in order to view the attendee list, as it will be updated in real time.

No. However, we will prioritize robot exhibits if space is limited. Register early to secure your exhibition spot.

You can indicate your interest in exhibiting at both events when you submit your exhibitor registration. We will share your information with Queen’s. For additional information about exhibiting at Queens, please contact ramzi.asfour@queensu.ca. See RAIS2025 event details here.

No, the Queen’s event is a separate event focused on the research community. However community members are encouraged to attend both events. For more information about the Queen’s event and how to attend, visit their website.

To claim the complimentary tickets included with your sponsorship, first complete your sponsorship registration on the Register page. Once registered, we'll send a special link to the email address you provided. You can then forward this link to your intended attendee(s) so they can submit their details and claim their tickets.
