Rob Waye is the Head of Growth at Dominion Dynamics. Previously, Rob was the Director of Business Development and Government Relations at Sanctuary AI, a Canadian robotics company that builds physical AI systems. At Sanctuary, he has helped secure over $32 million in government funding, worked to develop partnerships with Nvidia and Microsoft, and secured commercial relationships with Fortune 100 customers. Previously, he spent two decades in Canada’s Department of National Defence, including ten years with CANSOFCOM where he led teams and directed a program leveraging AI-enabled ISR and dual-use systems. He also serves on advisory boards of remote sensing and edge computing technology companies.
